Don’t Pass This By! Here’s The Help With Anxiety You Were Asking For!

Tuesday, February 16th, 2010

The cause of anxiety is well established. When enough stress is presented to the physical-mental-emotional body, nervous behaviors are likely to surface. Excessive concern and thought may disturb initial stages of restful sleep. When the internal organs do not have enough energy then they will create disturbing sensations such as palpitations, spasms, high blood pressure, restless leg, etc. owing to energy absence. Take care of yourself, remove distractions from rest, exercise, be around caring people until you can master the challenges you are confronted with. Eat nutritious food and take natural herbs that don’t add to the imbalance but rather help in re-establishing your center. Consider working with a counselor/pychotherapist to find alternatives to your current anxiety management strategies.

Here is a key element. Food choices which reduce the pre-condition for anxiety symptoms.

When I had an anxiety attack, I didn’t know about nutrition and herbology and at that time, I could not imagine that traditional Chinese herbs would have been effective with other modalities of treatment. In a stressed-out condition, there is a need for quick and strong relief. Longevity is founded on healthy foods, herbs and natural medicinal approaches to health and balance.

Individual Constitution will affect outcomes from all foods. For instance, a person that has a cold constitution should not eat foods that make the body colder. If a person does then pain will present in the place where cold is sensed. Body function becomes sluggish. But in general the above selection benefits most people. If you want to get customized then I would suggest contacting, specifically, an Asian Medicine Herbalist. Notice I didn’t say accupuncturist. It is very important to find someone who specializes in Chinese herbs or herbology  and food therapy regarding customized food and herb strategies.

Anxiety relief can be found naturally with food therapy & traditional Chinese herbs.

Definition: Traditional Herbs

A traditional herb is defined as a botanic material known before history used by native people for their food and/or medicine. In all countries of the world, we are indebted to native people and their knowledge handed down through the people of recorded history. For example, where would the British be without the herbal herbs medicine and food plants of their Native Indians – The Scots, Irish, Celts, Picts, Faerie folk. FYI, The natives wore leathers, painted their bodies like Native Americans. They gave the world a grand resource of herbs used in natural medicine today. To mention a few- angelica, garlic, chrysanthemum, hawthorn, digitalis, licorice root, holly, seaweed, many varieties of mushrooms, etc. Shamans of ancient times or past medicine men and women of all cultures have maintained a surplus bio library where many ailing clients have benefitted in alternative medicine centers, daily.

Where do traditional herbs come from?

Coetmmon knowledge reveals that all the herbs come from all regions of the plan. All master herbalists acknowledge the source, however, this condition changing rapidly. Given that our modern civilization continues to spread on the planet, more and more species are being lost. Many undiscovered flora are being lost and who knows what benefit has been lost due to greed and failure to be cognizant of how, short term interests, are destroying our current and future quality of life. Around the world, major contributions have been added to the herbal medicine arsenal:

  • Asia: Ginsengs, Astragalus, Chinese mushrooms (Yunzhi, Reishi), etc.
  • North America: Aloe Vera, American ginseng, Alfalfa, Goldenseal, Milk Thistle
  • Central America: peppers, Cumin, Paprika, Oregano, Hibiscus, Coriander, avocado
  • South America: Maca, Guarana, Yerba Maté, Pau d’ Arco, Muira Puama, Jatoba, Catuaba
  • India: Ashwagandha, Gymnema Sylvestre, Ashoka, Guggulu, Dashmoola
  • Africa: Yohimbe, Hoodia, Rooibus, Bangalala, Sacred Blue Lily, Ubulawu, Bush Potato
  • Europe: Chamomile, Valerian, Anise, Plantain, Fennel, Rosemary, Senna Leaf
  • Australia: Eucalyptus, Tea tree, Wattleseeds, Morama bean & nuts, Bush lime

Benefits of Combining Herbs from Around the World

In the past, most of regional herbal medicine practices have operated separate from the other. Some initial bridges were created in the 1970s, between the US and Europe. With different migrations of Asian medicine practitioners, some trust was developed between specific practitioners and their students. The result was to create student-authors willing to share their knowledge. This raised the general knowledge while allowing more passionate herbalists to further their development. The 1980s began more sharing of the Ayurvedic tradition, These two sophisticated methodologies joining with the Three Americas has yielded a vast exchange of herbal knowledge. This combining of efforts and interests is raising practice quality. The separatists approach has succumbed to practitioners who are more inclusive and open-minded, Patients are getting better and more impressed with the results.  Patients are seeking alternatives to allopathic medicine and its here to stay, if unhampered by the interests of Big Pharma. The internet is improving information access. The bottom line here is that a single thesis of knowledge will collide with another thesis. The result will be synthesis, if both sides are open, then a new improved idea will take hold. A World Herbal system is here now! Our natural medicine educational system is helping, When summed up, it’s the best time, if you are a patient. The quality of treatment is exceptional and steadily improving.

When I had an anxiety attack, I didn’t know about nutrition and herbology and at that time, I could not imagine that traditional Chinese herbs would have been effective with other modalities of treatment. With prolonged stressed, it is essential that people get access to effective and powerful aids. Allergy Foods to Increase & Avoid in Your Diet

The foods below are recommended because they alleviate excess mucus production and obstruction in the channels (energy and circulation). Due to this clogging function, disruption occurs in the detoxing organs as well as the channels for eliminating the excess in food and toxins. This dietary regimen and Chinese herbs for allergies will help to alleviate the condition. The foods below do not contribute to allergic reaction. The foods thereafter have been shown to result in allergy conditions.

  • Foods: bee pollen, honey, citrus seed, protein foods (small amount, often), onions, sprouted wheat, sprouted legumes, sprouted seeds, micro-algae, chlorophyll-rich foods, cereal grasses, liver support foods/herbs,
  • Drinks: Almond milk, Herb teas (no lemon or orange), Pure fruit juices without sugar or additives (dilute 50:50 with water), Roasted grain beverages may be used as coffee substitutes, Seltzer (salt free), Soy milk without corn oil, Spring water in glass bottles
  • Cereals: Oatmeal, Oat bran, Cream of rye, Puffed rice and millet, Diluted apple juice, apple slices, and nuts go well on cereal. Ingest soymilk but not included with corn oil or almond milk.
  • Grains and flour: Bean flour, Buckwheat flour, 100% buckwheat soba noodles, Cooked whole gains, such as oats, millet, barley, buckwheat groats (kasha), rice macaroni, spelt (flour and pasta), brown rice, amaranth, quinoa, rice, or millet breads (that contain no dairy, eggs, sugar, or wheat), Potato flour, 100% rice cakes, Rice crackers, Rice flour, 100% rye or spelt bread with no wheat, Rye crackers, Soy flour
  • Legumes: Black beans, Chickpeas, Kidney beans, Lentils, Navy beans, Peas, Soybeans, String beans, Tofu, Dried beans should be soaked overnight. Empty off the water and wash just prior to cooking. Canned beans frequently include extra sugar and/or additional likely allergens. Some cooked beans packaged in glass jars, and sold at health food stores, contain no sugar.
  • Nuts and seeds: Nuts and seeds, either raw or roasted, without salt or sugar, Nut butters from health food stores or from fresh ground nuts (such as almond butter, cashew butter, walnut butter, sesame butter, and sesame tahini)
  • Oils: Use cold-pressed or expeller-pressed oils (available from health food stores), as they are safer for the heart and blood vessels. Stay away from vegetable and corn oil from undefined sources since this is typically corn oil. Flaxseed (edible linseed) oil, Olive oil, Peanut oil, Safflower oil, Sesame oil, Soy oil, Sunflower oil
  • Protein: tuna, salmon, and other Fresh fish, Lamb, Poultry and fowl
  • Vegetables: All vegetables except corn are generally acceptable. Tomatoes can cause imbalance for some individuals and in this case should be avoided.

Some people suffer from specific areas of congestion (Chinese herbs for allergies) such as post nasal drip, ear wax build-up, excess throat phlegm, etc. Herb remedies will supplement the recommendation above, so aid can be attained. Nevertheless, ultimately, nutrition, is how the obstruction came about and food remedies is surely one of the best methods to regain your health.

AVOID THE FOLLOWING FOOD:

  • Peanuts are a common food allergen and should be avoided, along with peanut butter
  • Canola oil (rapeseed)
  • Lack of dietary changes will yield allergic conditions
  • Excess consumption of food, This variable is determined by the individual’s current detox function.
  • Glucan sensitive foods based on wheat (not every has this issue)
  • Deadly Nightshade plants (tomatoes, egg plant, potatoes) minority suffer from this sensitivity.
  • Sugars
  • Excitotoxins (most sugar replacements except stevia, Agave nectar, etc.)
  • Incomplete foods or Non-whole foods
  • Breads made from flour as opposed to complete whole grain bread

As an individual becomes more toxic or builds up excess obstructive components in the body then the allergic conditions tend to increase unless you reverse the toxic pattern. Give your body some time until balance is anchored once again. When this diet does not move the body quick enough into balance then Chinese herbs for allergies for elimination may be of benefit.
