Here are a few workout plans that target your abdomen and waist line and are very effective in dissolving the love handles:

Reverse crunches

Lie on the floor and place your arms down at your sides. Then, bend your legs a little at the knees and cross your ankles.. Pushing off with your arms and hands against the floor, use your abs to curl your legs and hips up off of the floor until you feel your abdominals contract. Stop for a short time and return slowly to the starting position.

“Rowing”

Stretch out down on the floor, and wIth your arms stretched out and hands folded together in front, push your head up.. Attempt getting your hands as close to your feet as possible in a circular motion (just like rowing a boat). Repeat first to your right then to your left.

Side Bend

Standing, grab a dumbbell in your right hand and hold it at arm’s length down by your waistline, palm facing your thighs. Place your opposite hand on top of your head, with your elbow bent and out to the side. Little by little lower the dumbbell down as close to your knee level as possible, pause briefly, and return to the first position slowly.

Remember, you can get rid of love handles by enhancing the rate of metabolism, which can be accomplished by exercising at least 3-4 times a week.  Lose those love handles quick by combining a healthy diet and lots of exercising!
