Top 10 Answers – How Do You Use A Spiral Curling Iron?
Spiral Curling Iron Tips For You!
I love the spiral curls. Do you know how to use the iron? Do I weave my hair onto the wand? Or is my hair clamped down on the iron first and then rolled like a regular curling iron?
- 1. Weave your hair into the iron leave for awile then take lose it will not ruin hair unless you leave on to long kinda have to be a pro in order to use them get ssomeone else to do it for you.
- 2. First you clamp your hair on the iron and then roll it like a regular curling iron. Make sure you use a liquid hairspray before you curl each strand of hair to make the curl last longer.
- 3. In order to create a spiral curl with the curling iron you need to first place the iron at the top and go all the way to bottom and start turning the iron sideways and spin the iron until all the hair is wrapped around the iron wait for about ten seconds and then release the iron. otherwise if you just curl the hair like regular with the iron facing down you’ll just create a regular curl.
- 4. You start on the ends and roll it up like a spiral or I mean at an angle not under. if you have a lot of hair this is a lot of work but don’t forget to section it off because it looks best when you use small sections of hair.
- 5. You put a small section in your hair at the end of the iron and you roll it to where it stays within the lines of the iron. Or if you want kinda sloppy relaxed pretty curls you can use it like a normal one and it will turn out really good too.
- 6. Clamp the very ends onto then roll like a reg. curling iron
- 7. Don’t do it! It will ruin your hair. The curling iron gets to hot that it seriously toast your hair. If you want curls use hot rollers instead.
- 8. I use the small size hot curlers. It takes me 1/2 an hour to give my hair spiral curls, you plug it in, wait 10 min till they heat. Then put ‘em in your hair (make sure it’s dry) for 10-15 min depending on how tight you want your curls to be. Use the flexable spray after taking the curlers out of your hair and before you separate the curls to give you volume and to keep the curls intact….hope this helps you out.. Works much better than a curling Iron and it does not damage your hair…
- 9. I read in a magazine that you can make spiral curls with a normal iron by clamping the top of your hair and then using your fingers to wind around the barrel…I haven’t tried this tho, and it seems like it would be easy to accidentally burn yourself. Might be something to try before buying a new one tho.
- 10. You clamp down on the iron first like a regular iron. you should do smaller pieced cuz all the hair hasta be clamped down in the small clamp.
